Registration for 2024

Black Gold Students

Online registration will open for all Black Gold students on April 27, 2024 @ 9 am

Instructions:

1. Sign in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal.  If you do not have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account, please contact your child’s school to get set up.
2. Click on “Student Fees & Forms” half way down on the left navigation panel.
3. Click on your student’s name tab at the top left of the screen.
4. Select the form at the bottom of the screen that coincides with the course your student would like to attend.  These forms will be live on April 27, 2024 @ 9 am.
5. Follow the instructions in the form, “submit”, and pay any applicable fees in the cart.  Registrations are not complete until the program fee has been paid and you have received your payment receipt.

Non-Black Gold Students

Before an Out-of-District student can register for a Black Gold Summer School course, a parent must enroll the student by creating a Black Gold account. This can be done starting April 27, 2024 @ 9:00 a.m.

Instructions:

1. Click on the following link to start the enrollment process:  Black Gold Enrollment Link. Create an account.
2. Once your account is created, log in with the username and password you chose.
3. Complete and submit the enrollment form.
4. Once our office processes your enrollment form, you will receive a Parent Access ID and Password and a Student Email, Username and Password by email. This will allow you to use the Black Gold PowerSchool Parent Portal. The time frame for processing new enrollments is up to one week.
5. Once you have received these Black Gold ID’s and passwords, you can register your child for a summer school course by following the instructions for Black Gold students to the left.
